ONE POT MACN CHEESE

INGREDIENTS
455 g box macaroni noodles
2 tsp coarse kosher salt
6 cups water
225 g block chedder cheese
225 g block parmesan cheese
2 cup heavy cream
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp dry mustard (optional)
PREPARATION
1. Place macaroni noodles into the
cheese into a meduim bowl.
4. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl.
Add grated cheese, heavy cream, butter
and dry mustard, if using.
5. Stir until the butter and cheese are

cups of water.
2. Microwave for 10 min uncovered, or until
pasta is cooked.
3. Meanwhile grate chedder and parmesan
melted. Serve warm.
